CHHATTISGARH ANNUAL MICROBIOLOGY CONFERENCE IN RAIPUR

Abstract can be submitted on any section of medical microbiology.
The abstract should be within a limit of 300 words.No abbreviations.
Please specify if you want to present your paper as Oral/Poster presentation.
The Body of abstract should include four separate paragraphs a)Background b)Methodology c)Result d)Discussion
Title, Author's name, Affiliation and email address should be included.
Abstract should be submitted on or before 20th August 2024
Abstract will be subjected to peer review, acceptance of the abstract will be notified by email by 31st August
Abstract authors must register for the conference before submitting the abstract

Presenters should bring their oral presentations in a pan drives. Laptop and projector will be provided by the organizers
Each presenter must load his/her presentation before the session
A time slot of 1O minutes (7minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for interaction) will be given to each presenter.
Session chairs will strictly enforce the timing
Format for the presentation: Title slide, Introduction, Material and methods, Results, Discussion and conclusion.

Poster specification: The poster surface area is 4' height and 3' width. Please use professional layout and typesetting services to improve visibility.
Font size will be 28-32
Theme font language :Times New Roman
Kindly carry paper pins, two way stickers, cello tape, scissors, brown tape etc.
Venue will be updated on the day of conference
